Product Overview :

CLH, PVH series of single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pumps, is the unit of scientific and technological personnel of the United Nations pump experts to select the excellent hydraulic model, using IS type centrifugal pumps of the performance parameters, on the basis of general vertical pumps for clever combination of design, and at the same time.

Characteristics:

●The pump is vertical structure, the same caliber of import and export, and is located in the same centerline, can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, compact and beautiful appearance, covers a small area, low investment in construction, such as the addition of a protective cover can be placed in the outdoor use.

●The impeller is directly installed in the motor on the extended shaft, short axial dimensions, compact structure, pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, vibration noise is very low.

●Shaft sealing mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, the use of imported titanium alloy sealing ring, medium-sized high-temperature mechanical seals and the use of hard alloy material, wear-resistant seals, can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals.

●Easy installation and maintenance, no need to dismantle the pipeline system, as long as the removal of the pump coupling seat nut can be pumped out all the rotor parts.

●according to the use of the requirements of the flow and head of the pump can be used in series and parallel operation.

●According to the requirements of piping arrangement, the pump can be installed vertically and horizontally.

Product Usage

CLH, PVH type vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps for conveying water and physical and chemical properties similar to the water of other liquids, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, firefighting pressure, long-distance transmission, HVAC refrigeration cycle. Bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment, the use of temperature T <80 ℃.

CLH, PVH (RG) type vertical hot water (high temperature) circulating pump is widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels and restaurants, such as boiler high-temperature hot water pressurization circulating transportation and urban heating system circulating pumps, IRG-type using temperature T <120 ℃, GRG-type using temperature T <240 ℃.

Working conditions:

1、suction pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤ 1.6MPa, i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6MPa, pump hydrostatic test pressure of 2.5MPa, please specify the system working pressure when ordering. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the system working pressure of the pump is more than 1.6MPa, it should be proposed separately when ordering. So that the overflow part and connection part of the pump are made of cast steel.

2、Ambient temperature＜40℃, relative humidity＜95%.

3、The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is more than 0.2mm.
